Worst customer service I have ever had!! I needed to order 20 t-shirts for my father's 60th birthday, so I came in with a sample image as an idea of what I would like to be printed on a t-shirt. After I showed the image to the "artist" not only did he laugh in my face, but he insulted the image. I tried telling him that it was just a sample (to be recreated), but he kept going on about how bad it was. His coworker had to come to the counter and ask me what I wanted done. Only then did he finally put together the shirt I was asking for. 5 mins later, I tried calling to cancel my order (because I was appalled at the customer service we just got). The lady on the phone said we were not allowed to and asked why. We explained the situation and she apologized but would not give us a refund. Based on "customer service" alone we will not be coming back.
