I called to confirm products were in stock, associate said they were. Arrived in store to be ignored by associate who had her back towards us. When I finally got her attention she got us our two desired new games.However one game disc was in an evelope. I asked how is this new when it is no longer in the original package. They said that they take it out to display the case ,which they could not find. I then asked so do I get charged the used price now, she said no. I refused to purchase this item and only bought the other . After check out I noticed a charge on my receipt for a warranty I did not want nor was asked if I wanted. The associate said that the computer does not give him a choice,which I find hard to believe. I told him that I wanted to unwanted charge refunded which he did with an attitude. Not sure what kind of racket is being run but it will never see me nor my business again, as there are plenty of other retail stores that understand the importance of customer service and business reputation.
