The office is lovely and Dr. Bautista and staff are very friendly. They did a good job on the cleaning but determined that my wisdom teeth could be extracted without general anesthesia and an oral surgeon. This ran counter to what my regular (and excellent!) dentist in Toronto, Dr. Hasmig Ayancian, had told me. Cue to the day of extraction where I was completely awake and Dr. Bautista pulled at my wisdom teeth for 20 minutes to no avail, putting increasing and excruciating pressure on my front teeth and jaw, before finally giving up. It was a painful and frightening experience and other dentists had known better than to attempt this procedure on me.
