I've worked out at multiple gyms and trained with multiple trainers. Brandon by far is the best trainer. He is very involved and hands on. Gets you the best results!! Sweat zone is an amazing gym! I love going here!! Keeps me motivated and on track with my fitness and diet! Couldn't have asked for a better trainer/gym! I would recommend this gym to everyone.
