I visited this studio for the first time tonight and was shocked by how rude the reception staff were. Not welcoming or accommodating at all. I was pretty much ignored at first and then I had to wait for quite a while to finally be addressed. At every other yoga studio I have visited in Toronto I have been greeted with a warm welcome and a smile and first time visits are either free or a reduced price. This first time fee was $20 + tax and the girl that was dealing with me gave me such a snobby and rude attitude and made me wait for so long that I just ended up leaving and going to my regular studio. Too bad because I heard there are a bunch of awesome instructors here that I wanted to check out. I just have such a bad taste in my mouth after that experience.
I very rarely write bad reviews but this experience was unacceptable.
