8 wks ago I had my sleep study. I just had my PCP appt so my doc could review the results. Ok, this is 8 wks later ( due to some major schedule conflicts) and they had not sent the results to my PCP! So while at my appt they called to have them faxed immediately having me wait longer at my appt. They still didn't show up after all the waiting either. Not happy that my results were not sent where they should have been or in a timely manner (happens all to often with some of my other specialist also, not used to this the past few years, frustrating!). The sleep study office, room, etc was no different than my last sleep study at Banner Health 15 yrs ago - served it's purpose and the staff was nice. But, I will use BH next time if necessary as my results at least were sent in a timely manner.
