Dissatisfied with their follow up when purchasing and waiting on glasses. Will not offer tracking or expedited shipping. When I called to follow up with the status of glasses met with rude customer service. During initial visit they try to upsell your exam but do not tell you it will cost extra unless you ask multiple times. Be aware of this.
