I love this place!! Usually order the same dishes. Their Spicy Edamame is yum! The Springmountain Roll is a must try...it has just enough spice and has no rice. The Spicy Sashimi Salad I think it's called. The Large comes with choice of 3 different kinds of fish on top of Daikon (Winter Radish) with a spicy ponzu sauce. Amazing! The Grand Canyon Roll is a roll I order for my 5 year old niece. No raw fish in the roll. It's a California Roll topped with sautéed mushrooms, shrimp, and scallops in a creamy sauce. She also loves their Krab Hand Roll.
The service is usually great. Definitely not one of the All You Can Eat joints in Vegas, but totally worth it if you're not trying to dine on a budget.
