They dealt fairly with us and even resolved an issue we had about a spare key. Our two issues were promptly resolved. We were very pleased with Preston's efficient and courteous approach to working with us. I have had to deal with other dealerships that give you a hard sale, but Preston presented the information and didn't try to hard sell you or waste your time. I would definitely shop here again and would consider using their service department. I am even more interested in the Subaru line and they gave us a great price on our pre-owned Toyota Camry.
