Not sure how to rate this one... I have used Zerorez a few times and truly my carpets have never felt cleaner. They are always prompt and efficient. The 1st 2 times we used them we had a similar rate of $120ish for 3 bedrooms and a livingroom. Great deal! The 3rd & 4th time our rate increased to approx $175. Okay so I get that we got an introductory rate the first two times. The fifth time we called we were told to do the EXACT same rooms it was going to be $275!! Are you kidding me? We even asked them to match the previous rate of $175 since we are repeat customers and they wouldn't budge. So enjoy the first few times of clean carpets! They obviously don't appreciate loyal customers.
