I must say, I love this Midas. Why, you might ask? Because I can get in and out, with a $20 oil change, which would have taken me 4 hours at the Toyota Dealership. The owner is Russian? and he's a loud friendly guy. He always sits down to talk to me, telling me about his family, about life, just...everything. I enjoy going into this Midas. The other individuals that are there are straight to the point- I get in and out without getting overcharged. And they're willing to talk to me straight. I hate going to car dealerships, them seeing that you're a girl thinking you don't know anything, and then giving you a list of "things suggested to get done." Oh puhleeze. This Midas? They tell you, straight to the point. Don't get me wrong. I'm not the typical girl- I know my car and I know where to get it serviced and how to haggle my way down to a decent price. I'm not one to get ripped off. However, I find that Midas in University Heights is simply stellar- they're willing to look at my car if I have an issue, and it's just...good price. In and out on a Saturday in 30 mins? Less than an hour for fixing my brakes? yes, please. Having a friendly owner tell you about life during those 30 mins? Yes please, yes indeed. Love this Midas.
