If you have the option to use another doctor, I would recommend that and skip this place. They care very little about you as a patient. They will make you wait very long times when you have an appointment and they will take forever even writing your prescription. I went a week and a half ago and I was told that they would have my allergy prescription done and ready to pick up within a week. I finally called after not hearing anything from them only to find out that they forgot to write the prescription at all. They will do it hopefully today and they should be getting it in the next week or so. Waiting 2 1/2 - 3 weeks for what was promised in a week is unacceptable. Being forgotten about is even worse.
