SJCB is located in the underground PATH walkway. A newer coffee option for those who work in the Downtown Financial district. I find it a nice change from my usual Starbucks fix.
Staff are great - friendly and provide a good level of service. Lines can get large in the mornings but they move quickly & efficiently.
Baked goods are a stand out in my opinion. I love the croissants and scones. Sometimes I even stop by for a snack with my Starbucks coffee.
They serve an excellent espresso but I wasn't to crazy about the Mocha Latte. Prices are generally below Starbucks but the sizes tend to be smaller. Lattes are roughly $4 and espresso around $3.50.
Be aware... there is no seating, you need to drink / eat on the run or take to one of the food courts in the nearby First Canadian Place.
I will return but not ready to call this my "go to" coffee stop...
