I wish there was an option for "no stars". This place was a real "class act" when it comes to convenience and customer service.
First of all, the one claiming to be "the owner" (I say "claiming" because I wasn't able to distinguish him from the other homeless drug addicts and prostitutes hanging around outside the door panhandling for money or asking if I wanted to buy any drugs) was so rude when I asked for a receipt, for the fourth time because the gas pumps receipt hasn't been working now for the fourth time I've been here, forcing you to go inside and pass all the direlects at the door begging for money, food and drugs.
His response was: "Then just go somewhere else!" When I was shocked that this was his reply to a legitimate customer service concern, he followed it up with another stellar response: "Do you know how little we make off of selling gas?" When I informed him that I live less than a mile away and my neighbors and I always come in for various sundries, he said he didn't care if we all went somewhere else!
The fact that the pump is NOT convenient when you need to go in to get your receipt, because it looks like you may be putting your life in danger when trying to pass the gauntlet of homeless drug addicts and prostitutes he allows to hang around his entrance (you better check your wallet to ensure you have your Concealed Weapon Carry Permit), coupled with the fact that their approach to customer service is that they HAVE NO CLUE WHAT A PAYING CUSTOMER LOOKS LIKE, together is enough for me to take 30 minutes of my time and WARN anyone driving by that this will be a terrible experience and is enough information to follow the owner's advice and GO ACROSS THE STREET TO CIRCLE K!
The "owner" is probably so busy catering to the homeless, drug addicts and prostitutes that he obviously has no clue about social media reviews. It will be interesting to see "how little" he continues to make in sales as result of reviews like this.
