Had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Thaly, which was END of my pleasant experience with this location. From 6/10-6/14 I placed a total of ELEVEN calls to this clinic to attempt to schedule the procedure that I am supposed to have...and when I placed the last one on the 6/14, I was I told that the scheduler had gone on VACATION!!!??? End result? I am heading back to my PCP to get another referral to a different clinic! BEYOND a joke!!!
