For years I've taken my car into a dealership, but after learning the dealership is on a quota system, I became suspicious and was looking for a trusted auto mechanic. I am a client with USAA and searched for a trusted service shop. I made an online appointment and was happily surprised at the customer service care and devotion from the front staff. Susie was awesome and she really knows her stuff. I felt comfortable and reassured there are good auto mechanics like Desert Car Care Center. The process was simple and their close communication was exactly what I expected. I am no mechanic by any stretch of the imagination so I am willing to pay extra for good service. I can now forego the dealership as I found a solid local auto shop. Definitely recommend this auto shop to friends and family.
