I have to say, its been awhile since I have rented a car at the Cleveland airport but we were WOW'd from the moment we stepped up to the counter. I think the gentlemen's name was Clarence....he firmly shook both of our hands and proceeded to be super helpful... We could tell he made commission for "upselling" as he did alot of that. All we could think of (as we are in sales too) is that Enterprise should be lucky to have this guy and if he were local, we would be trying to steal him.......he is very diplomatic and convincing!! haha. It didn't stop there though. The curb attendant also shook our hand and went over everything...I feel bad we didn't get his name. The electronic method of the process has improved immensely too, we liked that as well. The car was in great condition although Clarence did a good job of convincing us that we needed a luxury car....from our initial full size booking. lol....not really, we had decided we were going to upgrade before we got there anyway so he just made it easy. Return process was just as easy...we will be back!
