Ironically, The Hummus Factory only has four kinds of hummus, but the food here is amazing!
The interior is fairly spacious and the service has always been excellent. I have been here twice now (once for lunch, and once for dinner), and had wonderful experiences.
As for the food itself, portions are definitely generous, and the prices are fair. The freshly-baked hot bread is one of the highlights for sure!
The flavors of all the food are great, and it is clear that a lot of care and passion goes into cooking this food. Most of the menu offerings are Mediterranean cuisine, and I believe primarily Lebanese in origin.
They have a lot of unique fries (I love the eggplant and zucchini fries), and the jalapeno hummus packed quite some heat!
I highly recommend The Hummus Factory, would go more often if it weren't so far from my house!
