Nothing like a liqour store trip to brighten your day! Store is bright and clean. Growler station (when operating) is a neat feature. I like that when I'm looking for a new product or a new variety of an old fave, Total Wine generally has it in stock, whereas my usual grocery store sticks to the mainstream tried and true brands. Prices are similar with other retailers. My biggest complaint is with customer service and special orders. You usually stand at the CS desk for a good chunk of time before anyone recognizes that you are there. Then the desk itself is a mess, so they have to clean it up a bit before they are able to help you. They are always happy to special order an item. BUT, they don't call you when it arrives AND it's about 50/50 whether or not you actually get it when you go to pick it up. I've lost track of how many times I've gone to buy the special order item and while they say it's in stock, they can never find it.
