I'm pretty selective when it comes to hairdressers. It's been a couple years since I had my hair colored, wore my naturally black hair since. I wanted a change, more dimension for my dry fine hair (thanks to Vegas weather & hard water). My goto stylist wasbooked out months in advance so I looked for another option and found Veronica. Customer service is número uno in my book and her immediate correspondence, courtesy, professionalism got my attention. She accommodated me as soon as she could and even put me on her waiting list if she had a cancellation. Most stylists I have reached out to don't even if they are booked. And Veronica is busy with clients! That too made me feel good about seeing her. And the fact that she asked what I wanted along with photos of my hair so she was prepared. When I finally saw her for the rest of my consultation, she made me feel comfortable and that I was in good hands. She already acknowledged my needs and wants and displayed her expertise in the process. I only have had the best professional stylists who have been the same, so I know what makes one a superb expert and artist. That she is! When I can trust a stylist with her recommend, it says a lot. The color came out beautifully, more than I expected! She convinced me to add highlights to the lowlights I initially wanted, and to go with the whisky fringe I was a little hesitant to do. I trusted her expertise and I love my hair. Thank you Veronica! And thank you to her lovely assistant Angel who complimented her same vibe, energy and professionalism. They make a great team!
