Awful to non-existent customer service. Generally, I have not had an issue with this place. Until this week. Several shirts and a suit skirt were dropped off and were meant to be done by Wednesday at 6 p.m. My boyfriend went in to pick everything up, but the skirt was not ready. They did not give an explanation for this, and just said that the skirt would for sure be ready by 11 a.m. the next day. Fast forward to 11:00 the next day and the skirt is still not ready, with no explanation. When I advised the owners of the store that this was not acceptable (two visits and yet no skirt), within ten minutes a van arrived with some items, including my skirt. I provided them with feedback that in the future a phone call from them would have been appropriate given the promise to have the skirt ready for 11 a.m. But they treated me with absolute disrespect. One of the individuals would not even look me in the eye while I was speaking and looking directly at her. The other individual literally said nothing in response to my words, other than have a good day. I find this to be completely unacceptable customer service, and more than that, it was purely disrespectful from one human being to another. As a business owner, you are the face of your business and you have to be able to speak to people in a respectful, courteous manner, particularly when they bring forward legitimate complaints. I will not be bringing any more business to this place.
