I have lived here for one year now. The original office staff was exceptional and the customer service was great. The maintenance people are always there when you need them and are prompt and courteous.
However, after being in between jobs, I had to pay my rent one day late. Found out there are NO exceptions and was charged $90 in fees which are listed somewhere in the lease in fine print.
I had received a paper titled Important Things To Know which stated there was a $50 late fee with an additional $10 per day thereafter. They neglected to say there are late utility fees, lawyer fees, additional taxes etc which you are forced to pay. The new office staff could care less and apparently the company is having business problems since they screw the good tenants who never cause problems plus raise the rent on top of it.
The ironic thing is they advertise Caring Hands which helps several families in need, yet they won't make ANY exceptions for the hundreds of other tenants.
