Worst customer service ever. I took time off work to come to my exam. I told them I needed contacts and glasses. They said no problem. I spoke to them twice now over the phone prior to my.appointment. I get to the office and they tell me I can only do my appointment for glasses. I have to wait until 2 days and come back for my contacts appointment. It is extremely unprofessional for them to not tell prior to setting up the appointmemt so I didn't have to make two trips. I will find another office. This is extremely unprofessional and would never recommend this place to anyone. 2nd year in a row I have been unsatisfied. They lost my business.
