I bought my house from people that used this company,the fence post were coming out of the ground,so I figured I'd give them a call. Talked to the owner,he said "I remember that house! We put the poles in 32 inches deep. We ran into a bog that's why they shifted." I of course went to investigate. They certainly didn't go down to the frost line!! They didn't go down 24 inches,try about 12 inches the post is 4 foot long. About 38 inches about ground 10 inches in very little cement. The neighbor said they were a group of idiots. Hands down he pegged the outfit right. (I would give minus star rating,but 1 was as low as I could get on yelp.)
