Food: 5 stars. It is so unique and creative. Essentially it's sushi flavor with the sauces and proteins, but has the best parts of Mexican food added. Build your own roll essentially. Very good and very filling. Around $10 will fill you up.
Customer Service: 3.5 stars. The employees are fantastic. Each one was nice and helpful. Need to pick up their speed though. It was at lunch time, in their defense, but line was to the door.
Cleanliness: 5 stars. Bathroom was super clean. Floors and seats were clean. Every time someone left their seat, someone would clean up the spot. Excellent!
I will most definitely be back. The food is great. I love that is new and they do it with perfection. I hope they build more of these locations. If they had one near the college, the line would never be empty as this would be THE spot!
