I hate this company so much. They're constantly harassing me and my neighbors, promising hellfire will rain down on people for blinds they don't like, a little bit of rust on people's gates (when the community pool housing is full of rust), trees that aren't trimmed to their liking, changing out a light fixture. Meanwhile, I've never given us proper street signs you can read, they took so long to cut down a pine tree infected with bark beetles that it's spreading all through the neighborhood, they'll charge a $15 convenience fee to make a one-time payment (make sure to type it right so it doesn't get declined and you get charged $35), and they don't even know the own rules that they're enforcing. Probably because they can't be bothered to provide a pdf of the HOA rules that you can actually search through. The people who answer the phones are as rude as you can imagine, as if they were the ones paying you when it's actually the other way around. If you have an HOA, fire this horrible, stupid company and just manage yourselves. I can't think of a single thing in my life I find more obnoxious than City Property Management.
