Awesome live music, cheap drinks, and the most entertaining people watching experience in Tempe! This place is a must see on Mill Ave. I'm sorry I didn't check it out sooner!
The low down on Low Key: NO cover, $7 fish bowl drinks-they will get u twisted, so watch out. It gets crowded, but it's actually easy to find seats, u may just have to scope it out for a couple of minutes. The singers are craaaaazy talented and know how to play every instrument--piano, drums, guitar. I mean, I was in awe! Requests can be made and the best tippers are given precedent. Bring about $20 cash if you want a couple of songs played. Bathrooms are clean. Bartenders were great and our server was attentive and checked on us multiple times. We noticed it was a mix of people between age 21-35. Mostly of the former. Some douchey people will be there, but their security staff is on top of it and they're quite amusing from afar.
I came here as a random stop at the end of a laid back night and ended up loving this place! I can't wait to come back! Highly recommend to anyone who loves loves music...ohhh just a small town girl!!! Livin' in a lonely world!!!!
