I actually really like Sean a lot, his personality is amazing and he's super funny. When I came into him I had a copper blonde balayage and I wanted to go lighter (a blonde silver color) just like anything or what any stylist would say it takes A few sessions which I understood and did with him. He got my hair pretty light and I really liked it, it was almost to be the silver I wanted. But he said my hair was too drastic and that I should do my roots too (which i didn't want to do and was hesitant about) but we did it and I hated it. He could tell I was unhappy but let me leave and told me i should try to get used to it. I eagerly waited a month for our next appointment hoping that we'd be at that silver color I wanted, he didn't even ask me what we were doing today he just started and said I'd get my silver... instead he covered all my blonde up with black and there was nothing silver about it. I am so upset I literally went home and cried. All those sessions and damage to my hair to make it light and he made it black and gray/blue/purple. I will not be coming to him anymore unfortunately.
