I stopped by this body shop considering it's pretty visible from South Jones Blvd in hopes that I could get an estimate on my wife's car. When I walked in, I was greeted with total attitude from the front reception lady name (Terri). She looked at me like I was lost or something. Do you know that scene in the pretty woman movie where Julia Roberts walks into a clothing store on Rodeo Drive and the ladies working in the store are total snobs? You get the picture! When i asked the lady working the front desk that I was hoping to get someone to look at my wife's car so we could get an estimate. Her response, "we are booked till the 29th," while she typed on her computer keyboard as if she could careless that I was even standing there. After reading the reviews on Yelp, this place seems to have several happy customers which is great to know. Maybe this reception lady is a new hire, thinks incredibly highly of herself, or is just plain rude and doesn't care. Whichever it may be, bottom line; this reception person should ensure that anyone that walks thru those business doors experiences the best customer service possible, hence the business name "Service King." First impressions are just as important as last impressions. You just never know what kind of customer might walk thru your doors.
