People are nice it's close to my work but man there is no sense of urgency. People the drive through should be efficient not an ordeal. I waited at least 5 minutes before leaving as the line did not move an inch! It was backed up! This is a common occurrence and in the land of Starbucks should be unacceptable. I also think they bre at a too hot temp because the coffee tastes a bit "burnt" and it's a bit hot so can't drink right away. This location should go through a revamp/retraining because whom ever is managing is doing a poor job!
