Okay... I debated whether to give this a one star or two star rating. I have lived in Bloomfield for about 30 years. My mail CONSTANTLY get sent back for one reason or other. My bank told me that this needs to be taken care of. My church asks me if I moved. I had invitations that have been sent back. Even today - I was told that I somebody sent me a invitation to a dinner - which got sent back. There are other apartments in my building. I am tire of going down to the post office and asking what is going on. It is NOT the clerk's fault - so I can't get upset with them. They take my name and tell me that they will give it to the manger. It is the same response over and over. When I want to get tickets to a show - I have to have them delivered to a friend's address on the other side of the town. I have no idea how much has been sent back over the years - I just know many items have been sent back.
