Not the place to take a loved one suffering from Alzheimer's unless that person is entirely compliant and guaranteed to remain that way. My dad was admitted. No questions and no intake evaluation. When he proved to be a challenge, they kicked him out and sent him and his mildly competent wife to the ER and refused to allow him to return!! He was sent to a geriatric psych ward and Generations honestly could care less! The nurse was shocked and I was appalled. Dad is now at Silvercreek with at least one other Alzheimer's victim who was kicked out of Generations. Silvercreek knows how to handle Alzheimer's patients. Generations knows how to take your money and kick your loved one out if he or she proves to be a challenge.
