This could be a long story but I'll try to cut to the point. If you are in the market to buy a Toyota in Las Vegas, You are CRAZY if you don't at least give Fonda (Internet Sales Manager) a call and give her ten minutes over the phone. This was the most professional, relaxing, no BS experience that I have ever had buying a car. Fonda and the professional team at Findlay made it happen by putting me in a Certified 2015 Sienna XLE that was more than perfect. Well done! Did I get "The deal of the century" probably not. But what I do know what I got was the following. Beyond Excellent Customer service. Great DEAL! Treated with the upmost respect by not presenting to me insulting deals with every effort to chisel every dime out of me. Complete and HONEST communication. If you want it straight, that's how they roll! Quality purchase at a SOLID competitive price. Painless and professional Finance service with NO PRESSURE to purchase extended warranty etc. AND he's an Ex St Louis Cardinal Pitcher! I drove down here from the far North after being told by Centennial Toyota that my $30,000 was not wanted - the worst of the worst at Centennial Toyota. DON'T BUY THERE!!!!!! DRIVE TO FINDLAY TOYOTA and get taken care of right. Ask for FONDA!!
