I was referred to Controlled Rain by a colleague. I had a leak right off and I thought under my patio, which my patio area used to be part of my lawn. I had dug down a little bit and thought the water lines must have not been capped or it sprung a leak. You can imagine my horror to think the water line for the drip would have to be rerouted AROUND the patio.
Josh came out to assess the situation and gave me a quote. $85 for a service call fee. YIKES! Well, I figured I better bite the bullet so as not to waste more water. They came a few day later to do the repair. GOOD NEWS! The drip line for the trees and bushes had a line right new to the patio. They merely had to find it and cap it! (Makes me wish I had dug a little deeper!!) Oh, well. That was good news, that is for sure. I would definitely recommend and/or use Controlled Rain again. A very professional and I found trustworthy company.
