Giving it two stars because the food is good. The service is terrible.
Staying at Hotel been here twice already. Same problems both times.
Stood there while three different employees walked past without acknowledgment. Had to flag someone down to get a seat. Coffee delivered without a spoon. Stir with a fork is not the best option. Food delivered. Asked for tobasco and watched the guy walk to the back and just start doing something else. Literally forgot to get it for me in seconds.
General uncaring atmosphere.
