I noticed that I was getting charged a $10 service fee on my savings account. I called customer service and they said it was a mistake and that if I went into the branch and spoke to a manager, they should be able to see how long the fees were being charged and that they should reimburse me. I went into this branch and they said they couldn't do anything but offer me a $5 credit from last month. I have been a customer since 2006 and for all I know they could have been charging my account this fee the entire time, which would be over $1000! They offer me $5?!?! What a slap in the face! I closed my account immediately. I will never again bank with Wells Fargo and will tell anyone I know to stay away. They have no concept of customer service.
