The previous review was enough to bring my mother and I in for some last-minute Christmas shopping. The best way to get me pissed immediately after entering an establishment is to ignore your patrons entirely, and the 3-or-so staffers here at Gifts Unlimited did so impeccably.
To be ignored the whole time we shopped around the store as some of the only patrons there makes for a very frustrating shopping experience for someone with my retail expectations, and they're lucky we still bought some things. I either have one of those faces, or a simple "Hi, welcome!" is way too much to ask in some parts of Cleveland. Some of the items are nice but nothing you can't find at the Cleveland Flea if you're looking for local goods. I have no need or desire to come back.
