Took my 2016 Durango in for an A/C issue and have to say the service advisor Kristea was wonderful to deal with. I had previously brought my vehicle to the Surprise location where I was given a poor excuse that the A/C issue was normal. However, after speaking with Kristea, she immediately agreed that it was not normal and they were able to locate a problem. Will only bring my vehicle to this service location from now on.
