The shop does great work. I did not utilize insurance and paid out of pocket. I had about 4 quarter sized indents on my rear bumper and it needed to be replaced. My vehicle was repaired ahead of schedule, with OEM parts. It looks as if it never happened. I'm very particular and even the slightest offsets bug me, so not being able to even tell the bumper was replaced is amazing to me. My estimator was Jose Leon and he was very helpful, kept me updated, and and went out of his way to provide me with invoices for the parts used on my vehicle. I requested them as I like to keep a record for my own file. I'd like to specifically point out that I really appreciated that Jose communicated with me through email. I do not have time to answer calls, and I prefer email. The whole process was pretty effortless and fast.
