Service department was great. I recently purchased a Honda Accord from a different dealership and came in for its first servicing. Shaun Galicianao assisted me in an oil change and offered additional services like a tire rotation with a nominal fee of $25, which I accepted. He let be aware of near future routine maintenance, such as power steering and brake fluid change. The service was done in less than an hour of which I'm particularly surprised since I hadn't made an appointment. And, in between that time, I walked the lot and perused the new cars. I was approached twice by a salesperson and had a small talk with one, Mr. Nguyen, which was nice and cordial. Even small talk and sacrificing some time with your guests, especially the ones that aren't in the market of purchasing, is very appreciated and noted. As a critique, I will suggest this small improvement, strictly to be more polished, and that is for Shaun to smile a little bit more; not say he was frowning or looked unhappy, but rather just neutral. I do appreciate that he gave me a tour from service counter to the guest lounge area.
