So fellow yelpers I knew the day would come that I would have a bad experience with someone and here we are. Not only did Shoe & Luggage Repair keep my coach wallet for over three weeks the owner stated that he was trying to reach me which is a blatant lie. He confirmed my number but hmmm he said maybe it's my line. No sir, it's more than likely the fact that you obviously just didn't care. His recommendation was that that I send it back to coach for repair as if I didn't consider that to begin with. This was an absolute waste of my time and energy. Thanks for nothing. I was led to this location because of his yelp reviews so fellow yelpers this place has bar none some of the worst customer service to date. You should go elsewhere.
