Let me update my review, as I am SOMEONE who ACTUALLY RETAINED Lani to represent me, as NONE of the other 3 DID!!!! Lani settled my case (which would have been a big FAT 0) for a hefty settlement. It was very QUICK!!!! I got my checks VERY QUICK!!! I can speak for ACTUALLY HAVING HER REPRESENT ME!!!!! I had a case that would have been a BIG FAT ZERO......and LANI turned it into a BIG FAT WIN!!! So these other OBVIOUSLY DID NOT listen to Lani, and DID NOT understand the LEGALITIES of LAW, especially WORK related law. Nevada is a RIGHT TO WORK STATE....if you do not like the way you are being treated..you have the right to leave! Age discrimination, sex, color ETC....in NEVADA you are totally SCREWED....... I however am ONE WHO WAS NOT SCREWED!!!!
