We purchased 10 tickets a few days prior to my daughters birthday party. The day of the party, they called to say they had a water pipe burst and there was no food, fountain drinks but they still had candy, bottled soda and popcorn. We asked if we could bring in pizza for the party and they were glad to accommodate. Kyle even called me back to say that I didn't purchase the tickets with my iPic account and he wanted to reimburse me the difference. When we got there, the chef came out and offered utensils and offered to cut and serve the birthday cake. Even the beverage manager stopped by to see if there was anything we needed. There were two other employees I interacted with and I have to say this is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Thanks iPic!
