Dr. Fechtel is the only good thing about this place. I wish he would get a new office staff. I was told that the $99 frames weren't covered by my insurance. Also told that insurance only paid $120 for frames. After speaking with my insurance company, they DO cover $99 frames and they pay up to $150 for frames. In the process of getting my money back. I cancelled my order but for some reason they don't want to give me a refund. I have no problem paying for my exam and prescription, however the dishonesty cannot be overlooked. Update: They did refund me my money so that is a positive. Still don't trust them.
