I FOUND MY PLACE!!! McFALL IS THE BEST!!!
I was referred by a friend who only goes to the best for everything, she's been taking her cars to McFALL for 10 years. I drove my car from NY to AZ and it started having alot of problems due to the climate change, so I decided to take her advice and try this place. To start it's super clean, organized and easy to find. The customer service was impeccable, they really listened and took my situation seriously. After accessing my issues, they didn't try to give me the runaround or "get over" (many mechanics in my experience do, if you're a woman...just sayin) The owner Marcus was friendly and personable, yet straightforward and really knows his stuff. He went above and beyond, providing the best experience I've ever had (I was stressed going in due to all the issues my car was having). Also his staff was very accommodating and they work as a team. I can't say enough about them, except MCFALL IS THE BEST
