Our first flight with Porter Airlines. We traveled from Toronto to North Bay. Our flight was delayed due to a weather conditions. However, the overall experience was very positive. The airport itself was very nice, small and cozy. There was a complementary drinks and snacks available ( water, pop, coffee, latte, cappuccino and cookies).
The airplane was small but clean and the seats were very comfortable with a lot of room for legs. The crew was very polite, friendly and professional. They were always smiling. We got complementary drinks that were served in a glass not a plastic cup and we got snacks. I wish they would fly to more destinations including all inclusive packages.
