I have read some of the negative reviews, but here is my experience: The company called me the day before to verify the appointment. The Technician, Eddie, called me about 35 minutes out and arrived well within the time frame. Eddie was clean and neat. He quickly identified the problem and repaired it, professionally explaining to me what the problem was and how he was fixing it. He provided me a receipt, even though I am on warranty. To review: pre-call, arrive on time, identify problem, fix, exit. Can't ask for anything more than that. I would use them again.
