Had an appointment with Skye from a month ago and got a text last night confirming my haircut 1:00 pm today, but when I got there, I was informed that the soonest they could get me in was in two hours because Skye left and they didn't call me to inform me. Terrible customer service. I work like everyone else, and my time is as valuable as theirs, but management there made no effort to accommodate me or to address their mistake.
I don't recommend this place unless you want to get stood up.
*update* the owner reached out to me and offered me two free haircuts to make up for the issue above. I took them up on one of them to date and got a good haircut. I've updated my rating from 1 to 4 stars since they made an effort to make up for it.
