I will NEVER bring my clothes to the cleaners ever again. I had four suits that I recently purchased and needed them to be hemmed the waist bigger and the suit jacket hand as well because it was too long. I paid over $230 to have this done and they did the worst job I have ever seen in my life. They left the old stitching hanging out of my pants long threads without trimming them and then they had the nerve do not have my suit pressed after I specifically told them to dry clean them and then I got into an argument with the owner and he started raising his voice yelling at me. Very unprofessional I do not understand how anyone is still in business treating their customers that way I have just moved here to Vegas and was referred by a friend since it's nearby but I will never come back against these people they just lost a customer and anyone else going to take their stuff to them be aware they did a very sloppy job. Since they were running behind schedule and my clothes were supposed to be ready I'm assuming that's why they didn't dry clean it and he decided to iron my clothes my suits I should say then they tried to pull a number. You can completely see the difference when something has been ironed or pressed it's obvious
