Dr. Licata himself is really, really wonderful at what he does and definitely seems to enjoy being a dentist. I was a patient for 8 years because of him. However, the person who schedules the appointments is condescending. Plus, about every time I was there I had a different hygienist. With my insurance I could have gone there every three months though I only wanted to go every 6 months. I felt like the lady behind the desk would somewhat pressure me to come more often. They also do not allow you to be late because it is a small office and I suppose they are waiting for you. Overall, it is a pleasant atmosphere--just not for me.
